Job Description: The hourly rate for this job is $12/hr + $8-$13/hr in tips ButterMilk Ranch is in search of an upbeat, positive food runner to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant to enhance customer experience, requiring strong communication, physical stamina, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment and knows when to kick it into high gear. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that every guest's experience starts and ends on a high note, and ensuring the food is correct and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Prompt Delivery: Delivering food orders accurately and quickly from the kitchen to guests, ensuring proper table identification Checking that dishes are prepared correctly and plated according to restaurant standards before leaving the kitchen

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and staff efficiently Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Cooperate with all team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in a customer service role is a plus. Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation to and from work.
