Driver Services Coordinator

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI, next to the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlet mall.

Schedule: Training Period - Onsite, M-F, 6am - 3pmPost-Training - Remote (WFH), M-F, 12pm - 9pmSalary: Base Pay + Shift Differentials + Holidays and Overtime = 55k-60k/annually.

Job Summary: The Driver Services Coordinator will provide high-volume comprehensive phone and email support for the company’s network of drivers, addressing inquiries/issues, providing answers and solutions, and keeping extensive documentation of every interaction. This role requires the ability to work fully remote from Noon to 9PM, Monday - Friday, once the training period has been completed. $10/hr shift differential pay is applied on hours worked from 6pm to 9pm. This role requires the ability to work holidays and possible overtime, which are applied at 1.5x base pay.

Duties/Responsibilities: Interacts with company and 3rd party drivers via telephone or email to provide support and information on truck deliveries, issues, or required services. Fields driver questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, researches and/or forwards to other appropriate terminal staff. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve driver problems and concerns. Maintains highly detailed records of driver interactions, complaints, or comments, and steps taken to resolve any issues. Takes detailed notes on driver accident calls and escalates to appropriate parties. Work with other departments and companies to resolve driver issues and coordinate necessary services as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills, including active listening, collaborating with colleagues, and asking questions to get timely and accurate information. Service-oriented and able to successfully resolve or redirect customer grievances in stressful situations. Ability to multitask and keep composure under pressure. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software and technical systems.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. A personal additional computer monitor for remote work. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
