What You’ll Be Doing: Perform large-scale assembly of heat pump boilers, electric boilers, make-up air units, and forced-air systems. Complete final assembly by installing components and ensuring products are properly assembled according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure components are properly fitted and products meet quality expectations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, maintain workflow, and keep projects moving efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while taking pride in the quality of your work.
