Requirements:- To be considered, you must haVveHigh school diploma or equivalent/ Associate degree
- Customer service or sales experience (leasing experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Ability to work some evenings or weekends during peak leasing season
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Nice to Have:- Experience in apartment leasing, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Familiarity with student housing cycles
- Illinois Leasing Agent license (or willingness to obtain one if required)

The Role:
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first face of our company. You’ll guide prospective residents from first inquiry to signed lease and help them feel at home.
Responsibilities:- Greet prospects, give tours, and show available units
- Answer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person
- Explain lease terms, pricing, and community features
- Process applications, screenings, and lease agreements
- Follow up with leads to meet occupancy goals
- Coordinate move-ins and welcome new residents
- Keep model units and common areas presentable
- Follow Fair Housing laws and company procedures
Compensation and Benefits:- $16–$19 per hour, plus leasing bonuses or commission
