Senior Sustaining Reliability & Quality Engineer

Meta Reality Labs seeks a Sustaining Reliability Engineer to set the technical direction for long-term reliability across VR/AR devices and wearables. You will own the reliability strategy for the installed base and scaling manufacturing, guiding field failure resolution and influencing design and supplier processes. You will define field signal analytics, product health telemetry, and thresholds for field products, while leading cross-functional root-cause analyses and mentoring the team to
