Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
Facility: Valley View Hospital
Contract: 13 Weeks
Scheduled Hours: 38 Hours/Week
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
Current Colorado PT licensure through DORA or a compact license valid in Colorado.
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience; 3 5 years preferred.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Flu vaccination is mandatory. No declinations accepted. Required from October 1 through April
