Water Programs Leader Texas Growth & Strategy

Woolpert is seeking a Program Director to support the continued growth of our Water Group in Texas. This leadership role develops water resources, stormwater, coastal engineering, groundwater, water supply, and water master planning services while supporting strategic growth nationally. You will lead business development, strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, mentor teams, and position Woolpert as a trusted advisor to federal, state, and local agencies.
