At Winning SZN, we partner with charitable organizations to help increase awareness, build community support, and connect important causes with potential donors throughout the Atlanta area.
We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you’ll represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns inside established retail locations, engage directly with the public, and help educate community members about the organizations and causes we support.
Why This Role Matters As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll play a direct role in helping charitable organizations expand their reach and impact. You’ll speak face-to-face with customers inside retail locations, share information about current campaigns, answer questions, and help generate support for meaningful causes.
Along the way, you’ll receive hands-on training in community outreach, fundraising, communication, campaign management, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations inside retail partner locations
Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
Educate the public about current charitable campaigns, programs, and initiatives
Help generate awareness and donor support for the organizations we represent
Build positive relationships with customers, retail partners, teammates, and clients
Work toward individual and team fundraising and outreach goals
Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing each campaign
Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
Previous experience in customer service, retail, fundraising, sales, hospitality, or leadership is helpful but not required
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward performance goals
Interest in nonprofit work, community outreach, fundraising, or professional development
Reliable and able to work an in-person schedule in the Atlanta area
