Duties: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs. Implement evidence‑based speech therapy techniques to improve articulation, fluency, and language comprehension. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for patients. Provide early intervention services to children with developmental delays in communication. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience in school settings is preferred; familiarity with educational policies is a plus. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient care principles related to speech therapy. Ability to assess patients effectively using appropriate evaluation tools.
