MMD Services is a boutique IT staffing firm based in downtown Chicago with over 20 years in business and a tenured leadership and sales team. We recruit mid-level through executive IT talent across long-term contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire, all non-VMS. You work directly with real hiring managers on real, open reqs, not a portal. Our client base spans Chicagoland and countless other states across finance, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, IT Consulting, SaaS, and more. Most agencies run on volume. Recruiters get a stack of reqs and a quota, then get left to sink or swim. That churn and burn is what drives strong recruiters out of the industry. We built MMD the opposite way and we've stayed small on purpose. Every recruiter works real reqs with real hiring managers, backed by leadership still in the business every day. You get real support to build relationships that last. We are not order takers, at MMD every recruiter is a strategic decision maker. We do not mass-submit resumes hoping something sticks. Every submission we send protects a relationship that took years to build. That is why our recruiters stick around and why our clients keep coming back, year after year.
