Job Description:
We are looking for someone who likes a fast-paced environment with a big desire to make sure the customer's vehicle is back on the road, safe and quickly. Every minute a fleet customer's vehicle is in the shop that customer is losing money. We are a one-stop shop and perform repairs on everything from the rubber to the roof!
Some experience we would prefer:
- Lift gate repairDOT/ ANSI experienceDPF systems
- Welding/Fabrication
- Strong problem - solving skills
- HydraulicsElectronic Diagnostics

Responsibilities:- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
- Communicates directly with the Fleet Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements:- ASE certification preferred
- Great attitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner
- Ability to identify problems quickly
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer and internet literacy
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Use computer diagnostic equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
