Geothermal Land Portfolio Manager

Fervo Energy is seeking a Manager — Land Portfolio to lead land portfolio maturation and integrate it into long-range planning. The role oversees the full development lifecycle from site evaluation to permitting and operations, collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have deep land acquisition, subsurface, and energy production expertise, plus strong analytical and communication skills. Based in Salt Lake City with 3 days in the office.
