Mechanical Engineer - Thermal Equipment Applications

Location: Richfield, WI (100% on-site)

Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a closely related field 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience 2+ years in technical inside sales, applications engineering, or proposal writing Ability to manage 20 to 25 client consultations per day Strong ability to translate technical concepts into financial and operational benefits Stable, progressive work history Must live within 45 minutes of the Washington County / Germantown / Richfield area U.S. work authorization

What You’ll Do: Serve as the engineering authority in 20 to 25 daily client consultations by phone, email, and video Configure custom thermal and fluid systems using thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural principles Generate quotes, proposals, and ROI payback models using automated software Analyze customer blueprints and specs to deliver value-engineered solutions Partner with production and manufacturing engineers on lead times and fabrication limits Present technical specifications to client plant managers and engineering leaders

Nice-to-Haves: Industrial heat exchanger, combustion, HVAC, or fluid handling experience CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or engineering configurator experience Energy savings and ROI modeling experience
