CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities: Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Assists patients to maintain their current level of function or to restore function of ADLs Acts as an active member of the interdisciplinary team Complies with the Code of Conduct and corporate compliance Maintains confidentiality of all patient information to ensure patients rights are protected Uses appropriate equipment (lifts/gait belt) and follows policy when transferring patients.
