About the Role: Torvelunex is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Industrial Officer (CIndO) to lead industrial strategy, identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support the adoption of AI-driven industrial technologies. Working closely with the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to business expansion, operational excellence, and the development of innovative industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute industrial strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify growth opportunities across manufacturing, automation, energy, and industrial AI.Develop strategic partnerships and support business development initiatives. Lead industrial transformation and operational improvement initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential industrial applications. Collaborate with executive leadership on business expansion and strategic planning. Support the development of scalable industrial solutions and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience: Extensive professional experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, automation, energy, or industrial technology. Significant senior leadership experience, such as VP, SVP, President, COO, or C-suite roles. Demonstrated success leading industrial operations, business transformation, or strategic growth initiatives. Strong knowledge of industrial strategy, operational excellence, and business development. Understanding of AI-driven industrial transformation and emerging technologies. Proven ability to develop partnerships, evaluate business opportunities, and lead complex initiatives. Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and an entrepreneurial approach to building and scaling businesses. Extensive industry experience is essential.
