Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Collection is seeking a Personal Concierge to be the primary contact for assigned guests, overseeing their stay from pre-arrival to departure with personalized service.
You will blend concierge and front desk duties, build lasting guest relationships, coordinate arrivals, guide dining and activity choices, and collaborate with housekeeping, F&B and engineering to uphold luxury standards.
