Production Associate

Pay: $15$16hr Location: Trafford, PA Employment Type: Full-time Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 a.m.2:30 p.m.

Position Summary: TOPS Staffing is recruiting Production Workers for a well-established custom apparel and screen-printing facility located in Trafford, PA. This is an opportunity for candidates interested in learning the apparel-decoration process and working in a fast-paced production environment. Paid, hands-on training is provided. The Production Worker supports multiple stages of the custom apparel-production process. Responsibilities may include preparing garments for printing, assisting with screen-printing operations, inspecting completed products, packaging orders, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. Qualifications: Previous production, manufacturing, screen-printing, warehouse, or apparel experience is helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Dependable attendance and punctuality
