It's about paying attention and getting the count right. No experience with the machine is needed. Our current operator will train you during the day before you move to evenings. This is a great fit for retirees or anyone looking for steady part-time hours. You will spend your time: Learning to operate our sandpaper press alongside our current operator Running the press from 3:00 to 8:00 PM as part of a two-person team Using a computer to set up and log jobs Pulling cut discs and sheets from the webbing as they come off the machine Counting finished sandpaper into packs and stacking it for packaging Watching the machine and output closely and flagging any quality problems
