Clementine Home Care is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work near Narberth, PA.Are you: Compassionate DependableCheerfulTrustworthyIf so, we want you to become caregivers at Clementine Home Care.
What You Will Do:
- Work 4-12 hours shifts, as available
- Provide personal care to clients and assist them in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, etc.
- Genuinely connect with clients and their families
- We Offer:
- Competitive wages - $18.00 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases
- Full/part time available
- Paid Time OffHoliday incentive pay
- Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.
- Free uniforms provided
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certificationCPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
