Our client, a very successful, rapidly expanding, luxury multifamily, real estate developer based in the Baltimore area, is seeking an experienced Luxury Leasing Professional to play a key role in the lease-up of a stunning new Class A apartment community. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and brings a strong background in apartment leasing, resident engagement, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you've been looking for the opportunity to help launch a premier luxury community from the ground up, this is an exceptional opportunity. Minimum of three years of residential apartment leasing experience required. Luxury multifamily, Class A, and/or lease-up experience is highly preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Drive leasing activity and exceed occupancy goals during the lease-up of a new luxury community
- Deliver exceptional property tours and confidently convert prospects into residents
- Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and real estate professionals to generate new leasing opportunities
- Execute outreach events, networking initiatives, and marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic
- Manage prospect follow-up and maintain a highly organized leasing pipeline
- Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven experience from first inquiry through move-inWho You Are:

Schedule Expectations:
This position requires a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends, based on leasing office hours.
