The Pastor of Family Ministries will provide vision, energy, oversight, and direction to the Family Ministries of Community Baptist Church. Responsibilities include discipling families to Christ, promoting the church’s vision, building relationships within the community, and sharing personal faith with the church body, leaders, and volunteers.

Understands cultural dynamics
Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
Supports and expands ministries relevant to church vision Directs and facilitates ministry team
