Membership Sales LiaisonWe are seeking an energetic, goal driven sales person with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping others to join our TEAM at Anatomy....voted "Best Gym in Miami"In this position, you'll be an integral part of our team and will have a positive impact on Anatomy's success and helping members maximize their lives: ● Lead prospective members through a consultative sales process: discovery, personalized club tour, proposal, and close ● Present membership tiers, pricing, and promotions accurately and with confidence, and handle objections professionally ● Follow up promptly on all inbound leads from web, phone, walk-in, referral, and social channels ● Build and maintain a pipeline through outbound calls, texts, emails, and appointment setting ● Develop and cultivate relationships with members to garner member referral memberships ● Promote and attend club social events ● Serve as an Anatomy ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community memberNecessary Traits: ● Passion for fitness and wellness ● Communicate clearly and effectively with members and colleagues ● Have exceptional interpersonal skills ● Provide stellar customer service ● Manage time efficiently and effectivelyResponsibilities: ● Sell club memberships and ancillaries ● Organize activities each month that include strategic outreach and revenue generation ● Build rapport and develop professional relationships with new and existing members ● Become proficient in Anatomy’s CRM systems ● Collaborate with multiple departments to assist in individual and team goals ● Manage time efficiently and effectivelyRequirements: ● At least 2 years strong sales and/or management background with a proven track record of success ● Previous experience within hospitality a plus ● You function well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge ● You are a born seller and are goal-driven ● Proficient in Excel and Word ● Must be able to work with flexible schedules, weekends and holidaysAnatomy Team Member Benefits: Competitive base salary with no cap on commissionsAnatomy pays 50% of the health and dental insurance after 60 days of employmentAmazing supportive TEAM-oriented environment with opportunity for growthComplimentary access to your home gym membershipDiscount on Anatomy services and merchandise 15% discount at Pura Vida + other local partners
