Director, High-Voltage Substations & Transmission

RCC is seeking a Director of High Voltage to lead and build a North America HV engineering design team, with offices in Austin/Round Rock, Denver, Calgary, and Toronto, or a remote arrangement. The Director will oversee engineering operations, ensure design integrity, manage budgets, and drive proposals, client relationships, and project execution for renewable and utility market HV projects in the region.
