Volunteer ApplicationThe Lake Forest School Districts partner with a number of organizations to provide a diverse range of experiences to our students. To ensure the highest level of security and safety for our students, volunteers for those programs must complete a fingerprint background check and provide the district some basic contact information. To complete the process, please complete the Volunteer application as all communication and background check information will be coordinated through the Frontline platform.
