Program Performance Management Analyst

Responsibilities: Design and execute program performance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor cost, schedule, and quality in defense manufacturing programs. Analyze variances, support Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk reviews, and lead data-driven corrective actions. Prepare executive-ready insights to inform decision-making and improve program performance. Refine tools and processes to enhance performance tracking and reporting. Mentor junior analysts to develop team capabilities. Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical skills with experience in performance management and data analysis. Proficiency in developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks. Knowledge of EVM, risk management, and defense manufacturing standards. Excellent communication skills for preparing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead corrective actions and influence decision-making in complex projects.
