ABOUT SIMPLIFYLarge organisations rarely have a shortage of data. The challenge is turning that data into consistent execution across hundreds of people, teams and locations. One store may outperform another. One regional leader may know exactly where to focus while another is working with the same systems and reaching a different conclusion. Simplify was built to reduce that variability. Its ProNavigator platform analyses operational performance, identifies what higher performing teams and locations are doing differently, and translates those patterns into clear actions for the people responsible for execution. The platform is designed to help organisations understand: Where performance gaps exist Which actions should be prioritised What stronger operators are doing differently Where management attention should be focused How successful practices can be repeated across the wider organisation Simplify currently works across distributed operating environments including retail, healthcare, franchise, distribution and logistics.
