Job Description:
As a Medical Device Assembler, you will assemble and inspect electromechanical medical devices while following FDA and ISO standards. Reporting to a Production Supervisor, you will perform precision work, maintain quality, and complete basic assembly records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities:
Assemble electromechanical medical device components.
Perform precision soldering.
Inspect completed devices and components for quality and conformity.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process.
Follow FDA and ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Complete basic assembly records accurately.
Report production and quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in medical device assembly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with medical device manufacturing.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Experience performing quality inspections.
