Testing:
TKPXMLXMSM1 - EXFO MPO Singlemode Tier-1 Certification Kit.
The loss threshold is a 2.0db, Testing utilizes both Pinned and unpinned test leads (supplied)
We test 2 fibers per 288 cables for BIDI OTDR testing.
All testing is completed from a panel to several racks throughout the Data Hall.
Troubleshooting and document turn over timely
For Splicing:
Fujikura 90R is required and will need firmware update to 1.36
Requires a 16-count V groove 200 Micron with 16ct 200 Micron fiber holders.
Splicing a 16-count ribbon to two 8 count ribbons.
Each cabinet consists of 2 6912 trunks splicing to 48 288 pigtails
18 ribbons per tray.
Total amount of splicing an OSE is 864 ribbons.
