What You’ll Be Doing:- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with precision
- Deliver a world-class customer experience on every call
- Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance (and customer comfort)
- Execute same-day solutions using our proven process (no guesswork)
- Manage your van stock, parts, and POs like a professional
- Work alongside a dispatch and support team that has your back

What We’re Looking For:- HVAC experience (Service or Install crossover welcome)EPA Certified
- Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners
- Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
- Coachable, competitive, and takes pride in their work
- Experience with Service
- Titan is a plus (we’ll train the right person)
