Manufacturing Engineer (Swing Shift)

What You'll Do: Design and implement manufacturing processes and systemsDevelop and test automated and manual systemsEvaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteriaCollaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standardsDesign manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenanceCoordinate equipment maintenance and repair servicesAnalyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirementsOptimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operationsMonitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expensesTrain workers in new and existing manufacturing processesWork closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performanceAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.
