Earn a starting base salary of $50,000 plus commission (anticipated about $75,000 annually) on used trailer sales, with minimal travel initially and opportunities for significant growth. What You’ll Do:
Drive successful sales of used trailers, building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service.
Support the business by contributing to revenue growth through proactive selling and customer engagement.
Develop product knowledge and sales skills, positioning yourself for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Required Skills:
- Strong enthusiasm and a hunger to learn sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Basic proficiency with computers and sales systems.
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment, trailers, or vehicle sales.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is a plus but not necessary.
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Henderson.
Willingness to travel locally (less than 20%) initially, with expectation of progression to extensive travel (60-80%) as a Territory Manager.
Successful completion of background check and 10-panel drug screen, including THC.Ability to drive company trucks and set up trailers as needed.
