Commercial HVAC Technician (40-70/hr and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure compliance with local and state codes and safety standards during all HVAC activities. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair history.

Qualifications: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC troubleshooting techniques. Valid CT HVAC license (D or S type) is required. OSHA 10 Card. Valid Driver's License, frequent travel to nearby areas. Familiarity with code compliance and safety standards related to HVAC systems. Experience in commercial HVAC installations and repairs. Skills in soldering and brazing are essential.

Nice to have: Experience in commercial refrigeration systems.
