Fireworks is seeking a highly experienced Head of Equity Administration to own and scale our global equity programs as we prepare for growth and potential public-company readiness. You will lead end-to-end equity administration, governance, reporting, and employee experience, partnering with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Tax, People, Payroll, Compensation, and senior leadership to build scalable processes for a global workforce.
