Director of Plans & Training: Security Training Leader

Day & Zimmermann seeks an experienced Director of Plans and Training to lead the development and execution of security training programs in the DC area. You will manage BSPOT and intermediate force training, develop lesson plans, and oversee ESS-based exercises to ensure readiness of the protective force. You will also evaluate personnel, ensure compliance with DOE orders, and coordinate with leadership to maintain staffing levels and training quality for a 200+ security team.
