- Job Description Alto Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Supervising Dentist to provide clinical supervision and oversight within a dental hygiene clinic.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist looking for a flexible, part-time position of approximately 15-20 hours per week while continuing to utilize their clinical expertise.

Position Overview:
The Supervising Dentist is responsible for supervising patient care services provided within the dental hygiene clinic and helping ensure that care is delivered safely and in accordance with appropriate clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise patient care services provided in the dental hygiene clinic
- Provide anesthesia for patient care when indicated
- Administer nitrous oxide when indicated
- Manage emergency medical procedures when necessary
- Monitor safety practices and infection-control standards within the dental clinic
- Authorize and document radiographs indicated for patient care
- Review medical and dental histories and authorize dental hygiene treatment plans
- Administer pharmaceutical medications when indicated for patient care
- Perform additional clinical duties as directed
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications:
- Current dental license in the state of practice
- Five years of full-time dental practice experience
- Current CPR/Healthcare Provider certification
- Professional experience sufficient to understand and fulfill program goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
