Esper is seeking a Head of Marketing in Austin to transform a founder-led narrative into a category and drive market growth. You will own positioning, messaging, and brand direction while building a robust content engine and leading product marketing initiatives. You will partner with the CEO, Sales, and Product to guide strategy, manage a small but mighty team, and shape Esper’s story across channels and events.
