Real Estate Paralegal - Nashville

Key Responsibilities: Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and related reviews. Assist in drafting and reviewing conveyance, closing, and real estate transaction documents. Manage all aspects of real estate closings, including checklists, signature packages, recordings, and closing books. Draft and file UCC financing statements; order and analyze UCC, lien, and litigation searches. Prepare entity formation documents and draft leases, purchase contracts, easements, deeds, and related documents. Perform factual research, prepare reports, and manage filings for special assignments. Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple matters with high attention to detail. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, InTapp, Kofax, Orbital, and related platforms. Accurately record time and meet an annual 1,600-hour billable requirement.
