Consertus, Inc. seeks a Feasibility Project Manager to support a multi-building R&D campus tool-install program. You will be the first technical checkpoint for facility requests, determining deliverability, scope, and whether each project should stay in the program or become a standalone capital project. You will assess existing conditions, validate MEP capacity, and coordinate with Facilities Engineering, EHS, A&E firms, and general contractors to secure sign-off and ROM estimates.
