What You’ll Do: Patient Care Coordinators are at the center of the patient experience, shaping patient satisfaction, retention, and how smoothly every clinic day runs. Deliver a great patient experience: Greet every patient with professionalism and care. Own the schedule: Fill therapist schedules and keep every patient on their plan of care. Handle insurance: Verify benefits and submit authorizations accurately. Support billing: Collect copays and help keep claims clean. Communicate and solve problems: Be the link between patients, therapists, and operations. Take ownership: See your daily responsibilities through from start to finish. What We’re Looking For: Healthcare experience preferred (front desk, medical office, or healthcare admin) Knowledge of insurance, authorizations, and medical terminology; HIPAA awareness Professional, clear communicator and a strong problem-solver Reliable, adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented Coachable, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in a long-term healthcare career Experience is preferred, but attitude, accountability, and coachability matter just as much. Schedule & Locations Full-time and part-time positions available
