APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Traveling Superintendent — Warehouse Automation / Robotics Construction A growing general contractor is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on upcoming warehouse automation projects, involving the demolition and reconstruction of interior warehouse racking to accommodate new robotic retrieval systems.
What you'll do:
- Oversee subcontractors performing demolition, racking removal, and reconstruction/reconfiguration of interior warehouse space* Coordinate schedule, quality, and safety across trades supporting new automation/robotic system installations* Serve as the on-site leader from mobilization through project closeout* Travel nationally as project locations are confirmed
What we're looking for:
- Superintendent experience overseeing interior warehouse renovations or racking work* Warehouse automation or robotics exposure strongly preferred; AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) experience a plus but not required* Comfortable managing subcontractors on demo/reconstruction scopes rather than self-performing* Willingness to travel nationwide
