Vacation LeavePatent IP Associate Requirements:2-5 years of experience in patent and trademark prosecution and IP transactions.
Experience in preparing and filing USPTO documents, conducting searches, and drafting clearance opinions/advice.
USPTO registration number or patent bar eligibility strongly preferred.
Experience negotiating and drafting IP transaction and software agreements and conducting IP due diligence and M&A transaction documents a plus.
Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
