Operating in New York for 35+ years, the firm has built an excellent reputation delivering corporate interiors, high-end retail, hospitality and specialty projects. They are known for a hands-on, principal-led approach, strong client relationships and consistently delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
The Role:
- Lead commercial interior projects throughout NYC from start through closeout
- Manage all day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, safety and quality control
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects and consultants
- Maintain high standards of finish and ensure project milestones are achieved Looking for:
- Strong NYC construction experience
- Proven background delivering commercial interiors / fit-outs / renovations
- Experience with corporate, retail, hospitality or high-end interior projects
- Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience
- Excellent communication and site leadership skills
