Qualification: Proven experience in home care, senior care, or related healthcare field Ability to commit to live-in schedule (multi-day shifts as assigned) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy With a negative Tuberculosis Test
