Infrastructure Engineer – Performance & Load Testing

🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design, provision, and maintain GCP-based performance-testing environments.✅ Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, workloads, namespaces, services, and networking.✅ Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.✅ Configure test environments to replicate production architectures and workloads.✅ Automate environment setup, teardown, reset, and configuration.✅ Prepare and manage test databases and realistic datasets for performance testing.✅ Automate data generation, loading, cleanup, and refresh processes.✅ Configure and execute performance and load tests across distributed environments.✅ Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.✅ Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and similar tools.✅ Analyze CPU, memory, network, storage, Kubernetes, and database metrics to identify bottlenecks.✅ Troubleshoot infrastructure-related performance issues and perform root-cause analysis.✅ Collaborate with Software Engineering, QA, SRE, and DevOps teams.✅ Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure test environments are scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
