We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, monitoring residents' health conditions, administering and overseeing medications, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active Maine RN license.3–5+ years of nursing experience, preferably in LTC or rehabilitation.
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
