Flexible Scheduling That Works With Your Availability One of the benefits of working in home care is the ability to provide us with the days and times you are regularly available to work. During the hiring process, you tell us your ongoing availability, including the days, hours, and areas of Orange County where you are available to work. Our Scheduling Team then works to match you with available client assignments that fit within that availability. We offer a variety of client schedules, including: Morning and daytime shifts Afternoon and evening shifts Overnight care Weekend opportunities Shorter and longer shifts Ongoing recurring client schedules Additional shifts for caregivers looking for more hours Consistency is important. Because our clients and families depend on reliable care, caregivers are expected to provide realistic availability and maintain the regular availability they provide to Amada. Specific shifts and hours depend on client needs and are not guaranteed, but our Scheduling Team works closely with caregivers to identify assignments that align with their stated availability, qualifications, and service area. Training & Support to Help You Succeed We don't want you walking into a client's home feeling unprepared. Training and development may include: New-hire orientation Hands-on caregiver skills training Personal care and activities of daily living Safe mobility and transfer techniques Fall prevention and client safety Infection prevention Emergency procedures Dementia and senior-care education Client dignity, privacy, and professional boundaries Care-plan expectations Documentation and timekeeping Company technology and applications Ongoing required caregiver education What You'll Do As an Amada caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care and support based on each client's individualized care plan. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with mobility, transfers, and walking Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition Providing medication reminders Assisting with light housekeeping related to client care Supporting clients with daily routines and activities Providing dementia care and supervision when appropriate Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition Maintaining accurate care documentation Communicating professionally with clients, families, and the Amada Care Team What We're Looking For We are seeking caregivers who are: Compassionate, patient, and dependable Passionate about helping seniors maintain their dignity and independence Professional and respectful Reliable and committed to assigned schedules Strong communicators who work well with clients, families, and team members Willing to learn and participate in required training Able to follow individualized care plans and company policies Candidates must meet applicable California Home Care Aide registration, background clearance, and employment requirements. Requirements: Requirements Applicants must be able to meet the requirements applicable to the position and assigned clients, including:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust successfully complete applicable background check and fingerprinting requirementsMust obtain and maintain an active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, when required
• Must meet applicable tuberculosis (TB) clearance requirementsMust successfully complete Amada's required orientation and caregiver training program
• Must complete required ongoing caregiver training and education
• Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility assistance, and transfers based on the client's care plan
• Must be able to understand and follow client care plans, safety instructions, and emergency procedures
• Must be able to communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and members of the Amada Care TeamMust be able to use a smartphone and company-approved applications for scheduling, timekeeping, communication, and documentation
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to reliably report to accepted client assignmentsMust provide accurate and consistent ongoing availabilityMust be able to maintain the regular availability provided at the time of hire
• Must be able to commit to accepting shifts within either South Orange County or North/Coastal Orange County, based on the service area selected during the hiring process
• Must be able to reliably travel throughout the selected service area to assigned client homes
