Paths Management Services in New York, NY is seeking a Counsel/Landlord Tenant Attorney (In House) to manage NYC Housing Court landlord/tenant litigation. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home, subject to court dates.
The candidate must have a JD, NY bar admission, and at least 5 years in NYC landlord/tenant litigation. Prior experience with LIHTC, Section 8, or Rent Stabilization is a plus.
