Director of Grants Compliance & Program Impact

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory seeks a Director of Compliance to lead program quality initiatives and ensure strict grants compliance across divisions. You will partner with DHQ departments, social services, and finance to strengthen contract management and reporting for public and private funding. You will develop assurance processes, monitor regulatory changes, and drive data-driven improvements while supporting sustainability across funded programs.
