Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated machinery and equipment. Use technology interface to learn how to run machinery effectively and efficiently. Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times. Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally. Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems. Shifts available: Monday - Friday1st shift: 7 am – 3 pm2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pmpotential for overtime and weekends
Knowledge and Skills:- Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machine
- Demonstrated work ethic and interest in learning
- Ability to work well in a group or individually
- Minimum Education Required:
- High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent
- Essential Physical Functions:
- Standing up to 8 hours per day
- Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs
- Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
- Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
