Assist customers with bowling.
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests.
Each Employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties
Follows proper cash handling procedures
Help guest with shoe sizes
Set up bowling lane payment in register, collects payment, and make change
Make sure customers are following safe bowling practices, informs manager on duty of any action is necessary
Maintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.
Keeps area clean during and after customers are bowling
Keeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
Make sure bowling balls are put up after guest are finished
Make sure all bowling shoes are properly disinfected.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
